1. How do I book a photo session with you?
Once you get in touch, we’ll pencil in a date for your session. Your booking is officially confirmed once a non-refundable 50% deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due before your final images are delivered.
2. Can I customize a photography package to fit my specific needs?
Our packages are fixed and include the agreed deliverables outlined above. However, if your needs don’t quite fit within these options, feel free to get in touch and we can discuss a tailored package for your session. For couples, engagements, or shoots involving more than one person, we also offer bespoke packages designed specifically for the occasion.
3. How long does it take to receive the final edited images?
Your final edited images are delivered within 10 days. If you require a faster turnaround, an expedited delivery option is available for an additional fee.
4. How do I prepare for a photoshoot session with you?
During the consultation, we’ll discuss and develop the creative direction for your shoot together, including styling, location, and overall vision. Before the session, you’ll also receive a preparation guide with helpful recommendations on what to bring and how to prepare for the shoot — from skincare tips to practical items like comfortable shoes for travelling between locations.
